SKYLVIE uses the Singapore Post (the "SingPost") to ship your order through Tracked SmartPac Package for local delivery within Singapore and Untracked Basic Package for international delivery (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method). Local delivery within Singapore can take anywhere from 1 - 5 business days, while international delivery can take anywhere from 4 - 25 business days (excluding public holidays and weekends), depending on your location.
SKYLVIE will not be held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by SingPost (or any other selected mail courier)
- Wrong address given by customers
- Damage to order by postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery

Delivery Times
Our delivery times are provided as a general guide only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days. Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. While SingPost will make every reasonable effort to deliver the shipment, delivery is subject to variation depending on multiple factors including customs inspections.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SKYLVIE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
